One year after the tragic and horrible terrorist attack on november 13 2015 at her local bar and café Le Carillon, Yaya went back to paint Routine painting. One year later there was no fanfare, the café was functioning normally, nobody would have known. The intimate ambiance of a beloved Parisian bar with this unique watercolor painting from the 'Routine' series is crafted to commemorate resilience and remembrance.
